SUMMARY:1st Biennial Congress of the World Association for Infectious Diseases and Immunological Disorders (WAidid)
DESCRIPTION:Dear Colleagues\, \nit is a great pleasure to extend you a cordial invitation to attend the 1st Biennial Congress of the World Association for Infectious Diseases and Immunological Disorders (WAidid)\, which will be held in Milan on February 18-20\, 2016. \nWAidid was founded in Milan in July 2014 to advance the scientific research in the field of infectious diseases and immunology and to disseminate information on the related pathologies both at National and International level. \nWe had always felt the lack of a network between the associations or scientific societies specialized in infectious and immunological diseases\, and involving at the same time all the different organ specialists who treat neonates\, children\, adults and the elderly. We therefore took the lead and on the one side put together specialists in infectious diseases and immunology with organ specialists such as pulmonologists\, rheumatologists\, gastroenterologists and renal experts\, and on the other side physicians specialised in the treatment of the different age groups\, such as neonatologists\, pediatricians\, internists and gerontologists. \nThe result is WAidid\, an association of experts representative of a multidisciplinary approach operating across different age groups. \nCongress Faculty will be well known and international in order to guarantee a top level scientific programme.\nThe programme will consist of plenary and parallel sessions and will focus on the following topics:Autoimmune & Rheumatic diseases\, Infectious diseases & Vaccines\, Pneumology & Allergology. \nI’m looking forward to meeting you in Milan! \nMore information: www.waidid2016.com
